He has published close to 50 academic papers and is an expert in test development in the field of occupational psychology, psychiatry, and education. Aiden is also an associate editor for PAID (Personality and Individual Differences), a peer-reviewed academic journal. He has completed both his MPhil and PhD in psychology at the University of Cambridge.
