When creating an assessment, configure the role for which you would like to set up an assessment and synchronize it with your ATS. To do so, simply select the job opening you would like this assessment to from the drop-down menu, and once selected, refine your choice by selecting the hiring stage for which you would like to automatically invite candidates. When you will publish your assessment, we will automatically start inviting candidates whose applications match your choice.
If you don’t want to synchronize your assessment early on, you will still be able to link it afterwards by navigating the invitation panel and selecting the job opening from your ATS and its corresponding hiring stage. To unlink your assessment, simply visit this invitation panel once more and clear the two dropdown menus which will stop the synchronization between your two tools.
