Margin Management test

The Margin Management test will help you identify good financial managers or controllers by assessing candidates in four key areas: cost approach, focus on gross margin, understanding of post-gross margin and general concepts related to margin management. The test assesses the candidate's skills in each of these areas through theoretical and practical questions to ensure that they understand the meaning of the key performance indicators of margin management and are able to produce insightful analysis of financial data.
