A lifelong builder of internet companies, Maxime leads Maki. He began his entrepreneurial journey at Rocket Internet, where he launched and scaled ventures across several regions, before founding Everoad (acquired by Sennder). A Forbes HR Council member, he’s been featured in Forbes and TechCrunch for his work on AI-powered hiring.

Paul-Louis oversees Maki’s global operations, driving scale and performance. A former McKinsey Partner, he led strategy and operations for Fortune 500 companies before heading Sennder France after its acquisition of Everoad. A graduate of HEC Paris and École des Ponts, he blends strategic insight with hands-on scale-up experience.

Benjamin leads product and technology at Maki, designing AI-driven tools that make hiring efficient and bias-free. Before co-founding Maki, he led Product Operations at Uber and later served as VP of Product at Sennder. A Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, he champions skills-based, ethical AI to help companies hire with confidence.
